To make this dairy-free ice cream, you want to make sure that you’re using a high-powered blender for blending all the frozen ingredients.
The first ingredients to go into your blender are two frozen bananas. Afterwards, to get a chocolaty flavor, you can use cacao powder. The last ingredient is Sunbutter. It’s like peanut butter except that it’s nut-free made with sunflower seeds.
Make sure to eat it right away since it melts really fast, so you want to ensure you enjoy it quickly.
