It is also acceptable to eat your vegetables raw or steamed, but you must clean them properly first.

The availability of various types of fruits and vegetables depends on the season. Therefore, to carefully plan out your meals, you should know what foods are available currently. But nothing beats buying fresh and organic produce from your friendly local market.

Fruits and vegetables that come from Mother Nature may not come with nutritional facts labels like all packaged items in the groceries do, but the benefits of eating these are limitless because these are natural and did not undergo any forms of chemical preservation to lengthen its storage life and that is what your body needs the most to thrive!
